ॐ परमात्मने नमः।
विवेचन:
सर्व आत्म्यांमध्ये श्रेष्ठ, सर्वांचा आधार आणि अंतिम सत्य असा तो परमात्मा. देह, मन, बुद्धी आणि अहंकार यांच्या पलीकडे असलेले शुद्ध चैतन्य म्हणजे तो. सर्व जीवांच्या अंतर्यामध्ये वसूनही तो सर्वांपेक्षा परात्म स्वरूपाने उच्च आहे.
अर्थ:
सर्वश्रेष्ठ आत्मा.

Mythology / Philosophy:
This is central to understanding our true nature. When we meditate on the Paramatma, we learn to see the eternal, unchanging self beyond our temporary body and emotions. This helps us make wise, ethical choices.
Spiritual Message:
The Chandogya Upanishad (8.7.1) describes Paramatma as the inner guide of all actions. In the Bhagavata Purana (Canto 2, Chapter 9), sage Narada sees Vishnu as the Paramatma in every heart. During the Kurma (tortoise) avatar, Vishnu's form holds up the churning mountain, showing how the Supreme Soul stabilizes all opposing forces.
