Bali agreed. Suddenly, Vāmana expanded to cosmic Trivikrama form! **First step**: Covered entire earth (bhū-loka). **Second step**: Covered entire heaven (bhuvar-loka and svar-loka). **Third step**: No space remained, so Trivikrama placed it on Bali's head, pushing him to Pātāla (underworld) - yet granting him lordship there and eternal blessing!
