ABOUT CERAFIXE

WHY
CERAFIXE

A specialist division of Geocon Products

Built for OEMs

CeraFixe is a dedicated division of Geocon Products, focused exclusively on Original Equipment Manufacturers in the sanitaryware and glazed ceramics industry — not a general retail product.

01

100% made in India

Every compound is developed and manufactured in-house, using materials science and nano-technology built by Geocon Products' own R&D team — not licensed or imported formulations.

02

More than repairs

Alongside light-cured nano acrylic repair compounds, CeraFixe supplies premium manufacturing accessories, plus nano coatings for anti-stain and anti-microbial surface protection.

03
PRODUCT FEATURES

BUILT FOR
PERFORMANCE

Built for the repair bench, not the factory line

Instant cure, one step

Unlike two-component systems, CeraFixe LCA cures in place the moment it meets the LED-D torch — no catalyst to measure, no pot life to race against.

01

Hardness that holds

A Shore D hardness above 60 keeps the repair rigid and wear-resistant on glaze and porcelain surfaces that see daily contact.

02

Color-matched, not just filled

Available in white, ivory, blue and pink as standard — and Omnax Corporation will work directly with you to match the exact shade of your glaze.

03
03 / Why it matters

WHY FILLING
MICROCRACKS IS ESSENTIAL

A microcrack on a glazed surface can look minor, but left unfilled it creates ongoing risk:

  • Moisture penetration, causing structural weakness or fracture over time
  • Microbial colonization, especially in bathrooms and kitchens
  • Surface roughness that hinders easy cleaning and hygiene
  • Visible imperfections that lower aesthetic value and customer satisfaction
  • Increased rejections, production waste, and rework costs on the line

CeraFixe's nano ceramic repair compound seals microcracks quickly and permanently, preserving both visual appeal and product strength.

08 / APPLICATION NOTES

HANDLING &
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Before applying

  • Clean the glaze surface thoroughly — adhesion drops sharply on dust, grease, or residue.
  • Work in a shaded area until you're ready to cure; ambient light won't set the paste, but direct sun can shorten working time.
01

If it doesn't cure right

  • Uncured paste wipes away cleanly with isopropyl alcohol, acetone, ethyl acetate, or xylene.
  • Re-apply and re-cure with the LED-D torch at 370–400 nm for up to 45 seconds.

Frequently Asked
Questions

How long does CeraFixe LCA take to cure?
30–45 seconds under an LED-D torch at 370–400 nm. There's no waiting beyond that — the compound is solid the moment the light passes over it.
Do I need to mix anything before applying?
No. Unlike two-component adhesives, CeraFixe LCA is a single, ready-to-use paste. There's no catalyst to measure and no pot life to race against.
What surfaces is it made for?
Sanitaryware glaze and porcelain articles — it's built to fill minor cracks and pinhole defects on glazed surfaces, not general household repairs.
What colors does it come in?
White, Ivory, Blue, and Pink as standard. If your glaze is a different shade, Omnax Corporation will work with you to formulate a custom color match.
How durable is the repair once cured?
The cured compound has a Shore D hardness above 60, so it holds up to daily contact on surfaces like sink edges without softening or wearing down.
What if I make a mistake before curing it?
Uncured paste wipes off cleanly with isopropyl alcohol, acetone, ethyl acetate, or xylene — so there's room to correct the application before you commit with the torch.
Will the repair yellow or discolor over time?
No. The nano acrylic polymer is formulated to be chemically stable and non-yellowing, so the repair holds its color as it ages.
Is it safe to handle, and what's the shelf life?
Toxicity is negligible and there are no solvents in the formula. Each 2 g cartridge has a 12-month shelf life from the date of packaging.
