How Durability Reinforcement Works

STEP 1 — DISTRIBUTION

Hard Spheres Disperse Through the Mix

Dense ceramic microspheres are evenly distributed throughout the cementitious matrix alongside cement, aggregates and other functional additives.

STEP 2 — REINFORCEMENT

Reinforces the Surface Layer

The high-hardness ceramic shells improve resistance to indentation, abrasion and surface wear where traffic, impact and mechanical stress are greatest.

STEP 3 — THERMAL STABILITY

Buffers Thermal Cycling

Low thermal conductivity and excellent heat resistance help the cementitious matrix withstand repeated thermal cycling while maintaining long-term durability.
