How Deep Sealing Works
Tracks Below the Surface
The fluorinated silane penetrates several millimeters into the porous stone, creating a durable protective barrier beneath the visible surface instead of forming a coating on top.
Rejects Water, Wine & Oil
The oleophobic chemistry works together with the silane to repel water, wine, cooking oil and other staining liquids before they can penetrate the stone.
Natural Stone Can Still Breathe
Moisture vapor continues to escape through the stone while the sub-surface barrier prevents liquid absorption, maintaining the stone's natural appearance and durability.
