How FOAMSTAB works
Disperses as fine droplets
FOAMSTAB disperses through the resin as tiny, deliberately incompatible droplets that seek out air-liquid interfaces.
Ruptures the bubble wall
At the bubble surface, the defoamer droplet locally lowers the film's elasticity, causing the thin liquid wall to rupture and the bubble to collapse.
Air escapes before gelation
Released air escapes the film before the resin gels, preventing bubbles and pinholes from being locked into the cured surface.
