How Levelling Works
Disperses Through the Film
The levelling agent distributes uniformly throughout the wet coating film immediately after application, before gelation begins.
Equalizes Surface Tension
By balancing surface tension across the coating, it minimizes ridges, cratering, orange peel and Bénard cell formation during curing.
Film Flattens Before Gelling
The coating has sufficient time to flow and self-level before the resin gels, producing a smooth, uniform, glass-like surface finish.
