How Durability Reinforcement Works

STEP 1 — DISTRIBUTION

Hard Spheres Disperse Through the Mix

Dense ceramic microspheres are distributed evenly throughout the cementitious matrix alongside cement and aggregate, ensuring uniform performance.

STEP 2 — REINFORCEMENT

Reinforces the Surface Layer

The high hardness of the ceramic shells resists indentation and abrasive wear where traffic, impact and mechanical stress are concentrated.

STEP 3 — THERMAL STABILITY

Buffers Thermal Cycling

Low thermal conductivity and excellent heat resistance help the concrete matrix withstand repeated thermal cycling without degradation.
