AQUASILICA

Enhances early strength and surface densification. A stable nano-silica dispersion that reacts through the fresh matrix and at the finished surface, tightening the concrete from within.

How AQUASILICA Works

STEP 1 — DISPERSION

Nanoparticles Disperse Through the Mix

Colloidal silica nanoparticles disperse uniformly throughout the fresh cement paste, occupying fine capillary spaces during batching.

STEP 2 — REACTION

Reacts with Free Lime

Nano-scale silica rapidly reacts with calcium hydroxide, forming additional calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) during the early stages of cement hydration.

STEP 3 — DENSIFICATION

Early Strength & Surface Densification

The additional C-S-H gel refines the pore structure, increases early-age strength and produces a denser, more durable concrete surface.
