How durability reinforcement works

STEP 1 — DISTRIBUTION

Hard spheres disperse through the mix

Dense ceramic microspheres are distributed evenly through the cementitious matrix alongside cement and aggregate.

STEP 2 — REINFORCEMENT

Reinforces the surface layer

The high hardness of the ceramic shells resists indentation and abrasive wear at the surface, where traffic and impact concentrate stress.

STEP 3 — THERMAL STABILITY

Buffers thermal cycling

Low thermal conductivity and high heat resistance in the ceramic shells help the matrix withstand repeated thermal cycling without degrading.
